Money Grows on Trees

Money Grows on Trees

I would like to introduce Crop Infrastructure Corp. (CSE: CROP // OTCCRXPF). Crop last traded at 18.5 cents on 3.8 million shares

After Crop started trading in March, 2018, the company’s shares went to a 52-week high of $1.20 and a 52-week low of 13 cents on July 4th, 2018.

Business Model

What I find exciting about CROP is that it has exposure to the emerging international cannabis market and is broadly diversified.

CROP has been focused on keeping its business within the allowable legal framework as a Canadian company in United States by financing and managing the acquisition of properties and construction of grow infrastructure. The company partners with established master growers with strong track records and distribution networks that focus on the highest-quality product with competitive prices.

CROP recoups 100% of its investment on a 60/40 payback and retains a 30% interest in the Infrastructure real estate operation in the form of management, leasing and licensing fees.

The company is focused on getting the rest of its portfolio in tenanted production while continuing to be aggressive in acquiring more land, licenses and near-term revenue growth opportunities.
CROP also owns brands which you can see the logos of below.

The company has around 93,000,000 shares issued and outstanding, so at 18.5 cents, it has a $17.2-million market cap today and this new company is already expecting its first revenue in mid-August, 2018.
CROP has also traded over 10 million shares in the last three trading days, which is showing a great deal of interest from investors and institutions already.

I think it is a very good time to research CROP and go the website do your due diligence.  You can also sign up to their newsletter to receive all the most recent news.

If CROP continues to build its portfolio and grow its revenue, it could have a very bright future. If the U.S. legalize marijuana federally within the next 1-3 years, it could potentially be an opportunity for CROP to be taken out by cigarette or pharma companies, which will most likely be the ones that will want to take over this industry.
